St Peter’s Church
St Peter’s Church in Bramerton is a well maintained medieval church with Victorian additions. There is a small regular congregation but new members and visitors are always made most welcome. Services are held every Sunday, however when there are five Sundays in the month the fifth will be a Joint Family Communion Service in one of the other local parish churches. There is also the occasional Benefice Service in one of the other churches in the Benefice. Marriage, baptism and funeral services may be arranged by contacting the Rector (Rev John Shaw) on 01508 538619 or the Churchwarden (Chris Hawes) on 01508 538377.

Over forty parishioners, friends and relatives sat down to a splendid harvest lunch on 4th October 2015.
The meal started with a salad buffet with a marvellous selection of meats, fish, cheeses, flans and pork pies, accompanied by piping hot baked potatoes.
Despite this huge spread, most people had a little room for a sampling one or two of the excellent home-made puds, all of which disappeared with amazing speed!
Thanks to all who were involved in planning the event and preparing all the food.
