On Sunday the CofE launched a free phone service called Daily Hope. It’s available 24 hours a day and offers four options: a message from the Archbishop, a talk on a different well-known hymn every day, some much-loved hymns, or prayers and advice about the current pandemic.
It’s open to anyone, but we especially hope it will offer hope and support to many who have no internet access (it’s estimated that 2.5 million people aged 75 and over in the UK have never been online). Please would you pass on the freephone number to any friend or neighbour you feel would wish to hear about it. I attach a poster here Daily HOPE
that can be put up in a window or displayed on your favourite noticeboard. We can also print and laminate copies if you need them.
I hope you will find Daily Hope helpful.
